	A single VMP form can be distributed in every useful way: It can be printed and filled out by hand, it can be faxed, sent on a floppy disk or CD, emailed, put on a company intranet, or filled out live on an organisation’s website.
	VMP forms have the flexibility of working on every medium and so are not dependent on one – powerful, interactive forms, can be completed both online and offline. This is a key benefit of VMP technology, that has become more and more valued as organisations deal with unreliability of older internet forms.

VMP Form processing: A streamlined business.

	Instant Processing:  On completion of the form, the form can instantly create a document set (including images) customised to the user’s form data. For example, a completed insurance form can then output a terms and conditions document tailored to the policy requirements chosen by the user on the form.
	Workflow: The form can be an integral part of an organisations work. A form can expand and new areas appear as it is to be processed, department by department, within an organisation.
	Routing: The form plots its own route through different department areas, depending on the entries made on the form. With our form library component, forms are stored in a database, and accessed via the organisation intranet. Forms are moved from one department inbox to another as it is being completed.
	Audit trail. Details about every addition, alteration, and deletion on the form can be recorded, allowing for recovery of lost data, and clarification of any queries.
	Tracking. The progress of every individual form is centrally monitored.
	Statistic Reports: Reports about the day to day progress of the whole form pool can be produced. Bottle-necks, inefficiencies, and potential problems can be identified, and corrected, to maximise an organisation’s efficiency.

Security.
	Form data is encrypted and can only be viewed by authorised users.
	Varying security levels allow different people to have access to different parts of the form.
	Signature verification. Providing a signature on a laptop “mouse pad”, or desktop signature tablet, forms can be given legally binding signatures.
